Interior
Design
Unified approach between the Architectural design of the shell
of a building and that of its Interiors.
Continuity of the “exterior” and “interior”
design process , fused by a passion for design to achieve spaces
which are harmonious and practical, down to the last detail.
Our interior design team, coordinates with the Architectural division
and offers consultation with clients on every aspect of a building's
interiors from space planning , lighting design, specifications
and purchasing procedures. |

| The two Principals Nicolae Popescu and Enrico Popescu, have over 25
years experience in Architecture, Interior Design and Project
Design fields, with projects in US, Europe, Japan and Saudi Arabia
in the Corporate, Hospitality, Health Care, Commercial and High
End Residential. |
| The Studio's practice work ranges in
scale from large mixed-use or hi-rise residential buildings, to
small boutique hotels, medical facilities, store and fixtures
design. |
| The main guideline of the practice is
Design excellence, achieved through the professional quality of
our associates and some of the most reputable Consulting Engineers
working on our Projects. |
| Our Project approach is global, and
involves the Design and coordination for the Architecture, Interior
and Lighting Design and Cost Management through Material Specification
and Purchasing |
| Our Projects have a distinctive look
through their modernism and use of innovative materials and technologies.
The active collaboration and interface with our Clients, is supported
by our team's skills, to include 3D modeling and visualization,
in house CAD drawing and graphic design. |
